DS3 TRAINING

Donald is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. He has played sports his entire life, but basketball took his heart. Donald coaches a 7th grade basketball team as well. He is the owner of DS3 Training Academy. Donald hopes to spread his knowledge and experience of basketball to youth athletes.

DS3 Training was founded and created because Donald has always wanted to give to the community and give back to the youth. Here at DS3 Training Academy we focus on getting our young athletes to the next level, we push them beyond their limits because each and every athlete deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential. His approach to training relies heavily on the fundamentals of basketball and weights. We believe not only do you need the physical skills to become a great basketball player but you also will need the mental skills.
